Funding Partners
Foundations, government agencies, individual major donors, and impact investors are interested in the NeuroHomes capital stack. We are currently pursuing Oregon LIFT Rental, USDA Rural Development, Oregon Community Foundation, Meyer Memorial Trust, the Ferguson Housing Investment Fund, and Washington State Housing Trust Fund. Land Partners
Landowners with rural acreage in Clatsop County, Oregon, or Wahkiakum County, Washington. We are looking for 10–15 acres with agricultural capability. We are open to purchase, donation, below-market sale, or conservation easement structures.
Government Partners
City of Astoria, Clatsop County, and Wahkiakum County officials. We are seeking letters of support, CDBG consideration, and a formal partnership conversation. We are also engaged with Oregon Housing and Community Services regarding LIFT Rental eligibility.
Organizational Partners
Clatsop Community Action, AAADSWW, regional behavioral health providers, and other organizations serving Neurodivergent and housing-insecure adults in the Columbia River Corridor. We are also currently building a referral pipeline and service coordination infrastructure.
