Every neurodivergent adult in Wahkiakum County deserves a place built for how they actually live. You can fund one, in full or in part.
Sponsor a Home
This covers one resident’s home in full: the manufactured home itself, plus its foundation, pad, and utility hookups. It is the direct, complete cost of giving one neurodivergent adult a place to live.
Fund a Home’s Full Share
This covers one home’s full, proportional share of everything: site work, the NeuroBloom Center services hub, design, and reserves, not just the home itself. For donors who want their gift to carry a resident’s complete share of the whole community, not just their house.
Give What You Can
Gifts of any size go toward a home. A home is considered fully sponsored once contributions reach $219,000, whether that comes from one donor or many.
NeuroHomes Foundation is a Washington 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 41-4963918). Homes fund direct construction costs.
Shared infrastructure, the NeuroBloom Center, and program operations are funded separately through the Washington
Housing Trust Fund, CDFI financing, and institutional grants, so every home-sponsorship dollar goes toward getting
a resident into their house. Donations may be made directly or through a donor-advised fund.
